This is the second time that I have used OneFlatFee Realty. One was a condo in White Rock and the other in South Surrey. I found the people at this Realty company to be courteous and helpful in all their dealings and in answering any questions I had. The best part was saving thousands of dollars on commissions.

Most real buyers still use agents, even though these days most buyers just look at the MLS® website and tell their agents which places they want to see.
So if you want to sell your property quickly and for top dollar, you have to be on MLS! And you have to pay full buying agents’ commission or that agent will influence the buyer elsewhere. Other “discount” agencies try to cut the buying agent’s commission but that scares off buyers. With Mayur’s system, you pay a low price to list on MLS® and retain full freedom to choose your buying agent’s commission or even sell privately.

I used Mayur to sell 2 condos. Subjects were removed after listing 1.5 months for both places. Mayur was good at determining the sale price of the condo. One of my condo was listed in late February with a full commission agent. She priced it too high and was unable to sell it for 6 months. I will be leaving an unfavorable review with her brokerage. Mayur was helpful during the transactions. I would recommend Mayur to help save thousands of commissions. I hope that he is also able to help me save commission on my next purchase.

After looking at how Realtors’ commissions are only to punish customers for listing with them, I decided to do my due diligence. I found OneFlatFee. Mayur’s services are second to none. Listing fees are great!
We worked with Mayur for the sale and purchase of our home. He is professional, passionate about his work and overall was a very pleasant experience working with him.
If you know what you want to buy, his 50 or 25% back is unbeatable. His listing fees are great as well. But nowhere will you experience that you are working with a ‘discount’ realtor. Also, he isn’t pushy like most realtors are in the Lower Mainland.
