Mayur is the founder and owner of OneFlatFee, a company born out of his conviction that real estate needed a better model — one rooted in fairness, efficiency, and client-first service. Because of the real estate industry’s resistance to modernization and the unnecessary costs borne by sellers, he launched OneFlatFee in 2010. OFF was one of the first brokers in Canada to offer a flat-fee MLS® listing service.
Despite pushback from entrenched interests, his commitment to innovation and transparency has helped transform how real estate is done in British Columbia. Today, Mayur Arora leads a growing team of agents who share his passion for smarter service and real savings.
